Our CPR Level C + AED certification course provides Lifesaver 101 participants with an enthusiastic, fun and effective approach to CPR training. This is a WSIB Regulation 1101 compliant course and is perfect for workplace requirements as well as the needs of students and other individuals seeking CPR certification.
This is a 3 hour program and is valid for 3 years although Lifesaver 101 recommends that participants renew their CPR certification on an annual basis. All participants will be provided with a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
This course is ideal for:

- Parents & Caregivers: Gain confidence in handling emergencies involving children and infants.
- Coaches & Teachers: Prepare for emergencies in school or recreational settings.
- Community Members: Be ready to assist in a variety of scenarios.
The course is fully instructor led.
Our CPR Level C training offers a balance of theory and practice, ensuring participants feel confident in their ability to respond to emergencies. It is led by experienced instructors and designed to be accessible for individuals with or without prior training.
Participants will receive a CPR Level C Certification, valid for three years, upon successful completion of the course.
In this practical, hands-on course, you’ll master:
- CPR Techniques: Perform effective chest compressions and rescue breaths for adults, children, and infants.
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Use: Learn how to safely and effectively operate an AED.
- Choking Emergencies: Techniques to clear airway obstructions for individuals of all ages.
- Two-Rescuer CPR: Coordinating with another rescuer for maximum effectiveness.
